AutoRx Center

This is the only mechanic I trust with any of my vehicles. They patiently, professionally, and caringly show you what is actually wrong with your vehicle and don’t try to sell you parts and labor you don’t need. They help you understand why they recommend what they do and respect your decision. The receptionists are a breath of fresh air in a culture where the quality of customer service has decreased to the point it seems non existent. Both Services and Customer Service have set the bar high. You will not want anyone else working on your vehicles once you’ve tried them. They’re wonderful and worth every penny.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend AutoRX highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. They took the time to understand my budget and worked with me to prioritize only the repairs that were truly necessary. There was never any pressure or upselling—just complete transparency throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and completed the work in a timely manner. What impressed me most was how they treated my vehicle as if it were their own. It’s rare to find a shop that takes that level of pride in their workmanship and truly puts the customer first. In an industry where trust means everything, AutoRX has absolutely earned mine. Their professionalism, integrity, fair pricing, and attention to detail set them apart. If you’re looking for an auto repair shop that genuinely cares about doing what’s right for you—not just making a sale—this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service, and I’ll be recommending AutoRX to my family, friends, and anyone who needs an honest, reliable mechanic. Thank you for such an outs

This was a poor experience and I do not recommend this shop. **Edit to my original review to address the owners comments. Nothing additional was provided when I walked into the office, and all information, including my VIN number and parts were provided up front before I ever stepped into the establishment. The estimate was not adjusted based off of new information, it was just incorrect to begin with and the company decided not to honor this, despite written documentation of the original quote. This cost me money, and a day out of work. Original review: I was quoted a price and made plans, took off work, and rearranged my schedule based off of this quote. Despite my having documentation of this quote when I arrived for my appointment, I was given a new quote which was more than double my original quote, for the exact same work. The explanation was that the original quote was given by someone in training who no longer was employed there. This was far outside of my budget and when I asked if I was expected to pay the penalty for their error, they said "of course not" while still asking for the doubled price. When I asked if they would honor the original quote, given my document

I’m new to Charlotte and called around and was told “we can see you in 2 weeks.” I happened upon AutoRX, and was surprised to hear they could get me in next day. My car was done in just a few hours. I had a big job done a while back at a different garage in Charleston earlier this year to fix my AC and my AC stopped working just as summer hit. Auto RX got me fixed up easily and even used my warranty protection coverage given from the work from the other garage. Osman is truly there to help people, he didn’t have to do that for me and he earned my business.

This is the most non professional auto center that I have ever seen. I took my car for one thing...... the mechanic messed up something else.... Paid over $800 for a mechanics mistake. They talk English until it's time to pay the bill. For a rating I'll give it a negative! PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY SUCK!!!!!
